POSITIONSUMMARY

This position will take responsibilityof enhancing the sales workforce skills and competencies, providing localizedsolutions through gap analysis, collaborating with stakeholders and rolling outeffective sales trainings.

Provider of financial / economic sales toassure / facilitate the optimal use of commercial resources. Ensures that salesoperations adhere to financial, legal requirements and Nestlé AccountingPractices.

A DAYIN THE LIFE

Enhance TTS transparency (budget / actual) through analysis,regular follow-up and reporting

Optimize trade spend investments and efficiency througheffective pre & post evaluation and ensure that the learning log ismaintained with key learnings implemented

Custodian of internal controls and assurance that tradespend practices comply with internal and external guidelines

Leverage Customer Contribution Statements as a ManagementTool

Ambassador to the Finance Community from the sales team toensure transparency, alignment and proactive collaboration

Whatwill make you successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 5 years’ experience and having solid knowledge in trade spend and sales procedures
  • Solid understanding of business processes, internal controls and functional best practices (particularly Finance & Control and Sales)
  • Good Leadership and communication to drive inter-functions tasks and alignment
  • Sustainable performance in Finance and or in Sales Support function
  • Strong language skills in English
