Job purpose As a strategy, marketing and innovation manager, you will lead Strategic direction engagements. You will actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships .
With guidance from partners and senior managers, you'll identify potential business opportunities for EY. By drawing on your knowledge and experience, you'll provide innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadership.
You'll actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. In line with EY's commitment to quality, you'll consistently drive projects to completion and confirm that work is of a high quality .
Your role in leading teams - or parts of teams on engagements will depend on the size of engagement. When working on engagements, you'll report to higher levels of management, who will expect you to anticipate and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate.
As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.
Your Client responsibilities
Lead Strategic studies delivered to Government and Public Sector entities
Lead Strategic Direction engagements delivered to corporations, consisting in developing operational strategies and assisting in their effective implementation and monitoring
Understand and execute advisory services procedures including client interviews, problem analysis and advanced fact gathering
Manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
Manage expectations of deliverables and timing
Stay informed of general business / economic developments and understand their impact to the client
Participate in sales and business development initiatives
Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization
Your People responsibilities
Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training professionals

It's how you make a difference. Qualifications To qualify, candidates must have :
A Master's degree (MBA or Msc) from an internationally reputable university and approximately 7 years of related international work experience with a blue-ship company
Degrees with an emphasis on finance, economics, management or engineering preferred
Prior strategy consulting experience in analytical-based strategy, business performance, strategic analysis, quantitative performance strategy, and / or corporate strategy and analysis preferred, Business Transformation and project monitoring
Strong analytical skills and the ability to crystallize a project objective, structure the work plan, conduct fact-based analysis, construct and evaluate alternative hypotheses
Focus on rigorous, driver-based shareholder value analysis
Excellent French, English and arabic verbal and written communication skills
A high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
Ability to think outside of the box and thrive on new challenges
Willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs
Technical skills requirements You'll have knowledge and experience of a number of the following areas, and be developing deep experience and technical competence in at least one :
Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions
Ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders, in order to gain support for major changes and key decisions
Experience of the full project life cycle from conception to implementation
