Main Responsibilities :
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process from plan to close
Coordinate sales activities and initiatives with pre-sales and professional services teams
Deliver compelling, customer-centric sales presentations and proposals to prospects and customersPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding requirements
Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close5 to 8 years of experience selling software solutions to government markets
University degree in Accounting, Economics, Commerce would be considered an asset
Successful experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
Familiarity with government financial management and human resource management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic and French language would be an asset
Ability to travel frequently throughout Middle East & North Africa (MENA)
